These guys are awesome. I’m a general contractor so I usually can easily tell if someone is knowledgeable and knows exactly what they’re doing. And I am one to tell you that these guys are the best out there. Lance did a great job and was fast and friendly. 10 out of 10!

Within 25 minutes during heavy traffic their technician was at my vehicle to help me get back into my car during a VERY cold day.

They were very professional and very kind. It was also cheaper than I expected.

Jayson was amazing! My dog had locked me out of the house jumping on the latch of the sliding glass door. Everything was inside, keys, wallet and cellphone. Thanks to some friendly neighbors and a great property manager, we got in touch with Jayson and he showed up quicker than the quoted time. Got the door unlocked in less than 5 minutes! I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.

Horribly rude bad customer service the service guy had a flat 6 miles from me in Stuttgart I offered to help he said no it was a company vehicle. He had to call the company and report it to their insurance and all of that.understandable so I simply asked him if they were gonna be towing it here Since it’s only 6 miles and we have tire shopsand after it got fixed, would he be able to steal make me a key? Or did I need to call and speak to someone at the actual company? Who could further assist me mind you I work in Little Rock took off early and drove all the way to stig to meet him so of course I was trying to see what my next steps were Do you know this man cussed me out and then when I called and told the company about it and That I didn’t appreciate that and what were they gonna do about it? She told me she didn’t really know if she could help me or cut me any type of discount for the inconvenience and then if someone did come, it would be the same service guy that cussed me out now how do you think that’s really gonna work so I asked for a different technician and then she got rude horrible people in my book And this is coming from our business owner who does a lot of business knows a lot of people and a lot of about customer service
