Called them a 24 -hour service let him know I had the money to get the key he said he had to call me back and go to the shop and see if they had the key called back asked about a key made for a 06 truck which has been made for me bedore this late I had an attitude because when I was asking do he have it he wouldn’t answer me ? Then stated I have to go to the shop to check it’s 11:00 at night I’m in the bed I said well ant this your job ? Then he said he would charge me $250 for a 06 vehicle basic key because it was a 11:00 at night name was nick would never shop with them again I couldn’t even understand what he was saying over the phone he complained about it being a 11:00 at night ? And told me if I don’t like it go shop elsewhere tried to call back he then blocked the number wouldn’t answer his name was Nick , Nick if you don’t like your job go get a new Job horrible customer service you don’t own pop a lock your. Worker and the average price on my car without a key is $75 to $100 and I will definitely go spend my money elsewhere once again if you do not like your job go get a new Job Nick Pop a Lock in Jacksonville Arkansas and yes I did have attitude because you did try to over charge me it doesn’t matter what time it is you all charge by the distance. you didn’t even know where I was and it’s. a 24 hour service Go get a New Job if you do not like your job you do not own the place.

He showed up without tools. Nothing. He had to borrow a screwdriver, hammer, and a drill from our neighbor. Literally said he “didn’t know what to do” with our broken deadbolt. A locksmith is supposed to know locks. He also had his children with him which I thought was completely unprofessional. I don’t see how he is a professional locksmith. There is nothing professional about him.

Just a mite confusing – – mostly on account of the upgrade advertising that kept popping up.

Wasn’t a particularly speedy process.

Of course, I have to say that it was a little expensive compared to standard key copy services, but I’m sure we can reasonably chalk that up to convenience, eh.

All in all, I liked and enjoyed the experience of getting my key 🗝️ duplicated at your automaton.

I recommend this company. I don’t have roadside assistance, so I had to pay full price for the service. When I called, Max asked me what I could pay. I told him and he worked with me. He was enrolled to me immediately! The whole process took less than an hour. MAX was very professional and knowledgeable. I can not express enough how satisfied I am with the service provided by this company and Max! Five stars on top of five stars.

Horribly rude bad customer service the service guy had a flat 6 miles from me in Stuttgart I offered to help he said no it was a company vehicle. He had to call the company and report it to their insurance and all of that.understandable so I simply asked him if they were gonna be towing it here Since it’s only 6 miles and we have tire shopsand after it got fixed, would he be able to steal make me a key? Or did I need to call and speak to someone at the actual company? Who could further assist me mind you I work in Little Rock took off early and drove all the way to stig to meet him so of course I was trying to see what my next steps were Do you know this man cussed me out and then when I called and told the company about it and That I didn’t appreciate that and what were they gonna do about it? She told me she didn’t really know if she could help me or cut me any type of discount for the inconvenience and then if someone did come, it would be the same service guy that cussed me out now how do you think that’s really gonna work so I asked for a different technician and then she got rude horrible people in my book And this is coming from our business owner who does a lot of business knows a lot of people and a lot of about customer service

I was hesitant about using this machine at first, mainly because it’s new to me, & I really had no idea how to work it….but it’s pretty self explanatory!! Just follow the prompts, pick out the keys u want, then pay!! Pretty easy! Then, u can hear the machine cutting your keys!! Pretty cool!!
The only thing I would like different that I can think of is more design choices to pick from…& maybe just a plain key perhaps!!, for cheaper. But I did like the buying 2 & getting one for free!!
