Bryan was a good guy I’ll use at anytime I need service I lost my keys due to moving vehicles at my job and couldn’t find my keys and I called one locksmith and they never came out which is papa lock is who they called and I called Brian and he came right out and gave me the key to my truck. Didn’t take not even not even. I don’t know it ain’t even take them no time you’re a good dude good service. I use them many times anytime anybody need a key to the vehicle. I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.

A few years ago I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I didn’t realize that I locked the car until sometime between 12:00AM and 1:00AM. I got the number for Kings locksmith from a friend of mine and decided to give them a call. I fully expected the call to be ignored, or to be told I’d have to wait until morning. But they answered the phone and came out to unlock my car for me. They didn’t have to help me out at that late hour, he could have stayed in bed. But instead he made the 30+ minute drive to help me. He was nice, helpful, informative, and skilled. I highly recommend using Kings Locksmith.

Had a copy of a gate lock key made then drove 45 minutes to find out the key wouldn’t work once I got back and checked both keys side by side you could see the difference.

Very knowledgeable! I was recommended by the trusty F.L. Davis hardware store in Centerton. They could not cut my side mill cut key. Not only did I get two keys cut but also was able to get two new programmed keyless remotes. And the wait was not long.

On another note, this is a one of kind, unique shop. I loved looking at all the different keys and merchandise related to keys!

I was leery of using this to make keys, but it was easy and the keys worked great. However, I thought the $4.00 for a key was a bit too high.
