This place is awesome. After losing the key to my work can I reached out to many and these are the only ones who reached back. Thank goodness because they were great. They sent their tech Zach out and he was just awesome. He was absolutely one of friendliest guys you ever want to meet but he knows what he’s doing I was stressed about the key but in 20 min he had me taken care of. They also beat the others prices was not even close. This is locksmith service to call should you need one they work around your schedule and will be there when you need them. I recommend this company. I don’t have roadside assistance, so I had to pay full price for the service. When I called, Max asked me what I could pay. I told him and he worked with me. He was enrolled to me immediately! The whole process took less than an hour. MAX was very professional and knowledgeable. I was hesitant about using this machine at first, mainly because it’s new to me, & I really had no idea how to work it….but it’s pretty self explanatory!! Just follow the prompts, pick out the keys u want, then pay!! Pretty easy! Then, u can hear the machine cutting your keys!! Pretty cool!!
The only thing I would like different that I can think of is more design choices to pick from…& maybe just a plain key perhaps!!, for cheaper. But I did like the buying 2 & getting one for free!!

Told me he could make a key for $160, they couldn’t cut the key, didn’t tell me how much to pop the door. Popped my door for and at the end charged me $100. Would have just paid the $160 and I could have opened the door myself and had a key. Rates were not told upfront except for VIN key (160) made and $100 for key to be made because they are going to give me a good deal, which I could have then opened the door myself with a key and it would have cost less money in every situation.

I loved the concept. However I only wanted one key and it offered me 30 percent off so I said ok. It made and charged me for 2 keys. One full price and 1 30 percent off. So it tricked me into spending 10 dollars more than I had intended to spend. Really kinda upset me. I changed my stars to 5 because they gave me my money back instantly after my review. Used the kiosk machine at Walmart to make a copy of 1 key. Instructions on the machine were a little confusing, but I figured it out.
–Just read some of the other reviews: be sure to follow the directions and PRESS the key inward while it’s being copied. If you don’t, that could be why some of the keys are not turning out correctly.
I also did NOT use the option to smooth out some of the bumps: that looked like it would make the key less reliable, so I did not use it.
