The Machine is confusing. I had to get assistance. I had already paid for the Butterfly Key. It said that it would be mailed, then it said it was ordering again but in brass. The associate was showing me what to do. But I got the Brass Key and the Butterfly Key is being sent. I don’t need 2 keys. Ugg
