From the initial call to inquire about opening my Liberty Safe, to being flexible about the appointment times and the skill in getting the safe opened and like new again. Owner was a very nice guy (which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 star) but I can’t recommend this place. After I finally brought both my keyblade and blank in on my day off, which meant I had to bring both of my toddlers because the VERY limited the hours forbid me from ever going after work or during the day on the weekend. I finally arrive to find out after like 5-10 minutes of chasing my toddlers around the shop, that it wasn’t possible to copy my key without bringing the car there and looking at the lock cylinder number. Unfortunately my wife drives the other car whose key needed copying and was at work so I would have to come by another time. So unfortunately I had to go to a locksmith in PA (but was in that area already for another reason) and though it was $20 more, I was in and out and had the key copied in like 3 minutes. Really sad that there’s no good affordable locksmiths nearby but I tried.

If your needing someone that picks the phone up when you call, choose j & j. Called all the people listed above and not one had true 24/7 service. J&J was to me in 30 mins and on the road in less than 5 mins. True service.
