David is knowledgeable, fair, honest, quick and accommodating. I had a 2nd car fob key made for considerably less than other platforms.

He showed up without tools. Nothing. He had to borrow a screwdriver, hammer, and a drill from our neighbor. Literally said he “didn’t know what to do” with our broken deadbolt. A locksmith is supposed to know locks. He also had his children with him which I thought was completely unprofessional. I don’t see how he is a professional locksmith. There is nothing professional about him.

I got a key. The kiosk wanted to upcharge $2.99, on an already overpriced $5.99 basic brass key, to precision cut for smoother lock/unlock.
Edit: The key works(basic). I had a question about the amount charged and found out that it included a $.99 sustainability fee. I didn’t remember seeing it. Contacted key me and they were very quick to answer and very professional. They refunded me the fee. Just a heads up that on the order page just before paying, you can see that fee, underneath is a link to remove the fee(it’ll take a second to locate if you know to look for it, or just read everything). Going from 2 to 4 stars.
