They do not actually schedule for service of rekeying locks at your home. They put you on a list and you just have to wait for their call. There is no guarantee of how long that will be. I did not get on the list because, I have other things that need to be done. Also when I mentioned the I did not lock the uncertainty the person in the phone just hung up without staying anything. If this is how you treat to potential customers, I don’t want to know how you treat an actual customer.

My son locked the keys in the car. I contacted Rick’s Unlock Service and he assured me he would head that way after he finished a job he was currently working on. My son later told me he came not long after we spoke and was able to get the keys out. I appreciate good service and someone that keeps their word. Thank you!

I would add more stars to my review if I could! Absolutely excellent service! Good communication, efficient, prompt, courteous, and just plain nice. All for a very reasonable price. Not only did he get my truck unlocked, but he was able to recover the code for the door pad. I added him to my contact list; even if I never need his services again, someone I know might.

I was locked out of my vehicle and the first place I called kept giving me the run around on when they would arrive to help. After waiting over an hour and giving it the benefit of doubt since it was rush hour, I lost hope and called Pop a Lock and was there in less than 30 minutes and helped me get back into my car in no time.
