Andrew was a true professional and very knowledgeable. He knocked out my re-key on a couple Schlage electronic locks very quickly. By appointment only, but able to see me the same afternoon I called and spoke with Adam. They do on-site, but we were trying to save some money, couldn’t be happier with the finished products!

I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.
I highly recommend Eli’s Lock and Key to anyone looking for reliable service and people who genuinely care about their customers’ safety.

The kiosk was easy to use and copied the key very fast, it was a bit pricey ($7.46 for one brass key) and I didn’t like that they try to charge extra for an enhanced key that supposedly works better. It was nice that there was a way to save a digital copy of the key for later use.

I made a key in one of your machines at Kroger on Cantrell in Little Rick, AR. The key does not work for me and I am requesting a refund. My door has two locks, the door handle and a deadbolt that are both keyed for the same key. The key made by your machine works on the door lock but not on the deadbolt lock. This does not meet my need and I am requesting a refund.
