Price was good and process was easy, and I got buy 2 get one free keys. But, tried to use one today and it did not open the padlock at my property. I’ll now have to figure out how to get my money back and or have new keys made since I have three useless keys. Giving two stars just because I have not tried the new keys myself, it was my 17-year-old kids and maybe the lock will open if the key is pulled out or pushed in further and I try myself.

It was simple to use, not sure how a $5.99 key came to a total of $7.50 even with our sales tax should’ve be around $6.55. be careful they do have a lot of additional add ons and i was sure I said no to all of them.

I was locked out of my vehicle and the first place I called kept giving me the run around on when they would arrive to help. After waiting over an hour and giving it the benefit of doubt since it was rush hour, I lost hope and called Pop a Lock and was there in less than 30 minutes and helped me get back into my car in no time. Highly recommend and they won’t leave you hanging and stay in communication with you.

Had a great experience with Pops. He showed up rather quickly. He unlocked my car with no damage to my car. Very professional and friendly. You can tell he definitely knows what he is doing. I recommend anyone to use his service. You won’t be disappointed!

I had to drive around Lowell to find a place that would copy a commercial door key. Post Office Lock in Lowell was closed, a key kiosk in a grocery store wouldn’t copy my key for any less than $16, Lowe’s couldn’t copy my key, Minute Key wanted like $14… it wasn’t looking too good to get my key copied. I gave Lowell Lock & Key a call; they picked up instantly and told me it would be “$5-$6,” of which I mistakenly heard $56. We both chuckled before I drove over.
The gentleman literally took a 5 second look at my key (remember this is a unique office door key), identified it, cut it in about quite literally 15 seconds, and handed me a key that worked perfectly in the door and was identical to the one I handed him. I was literally in and out of the shop in I’d say 30-60 seconds. Wow.
$6 was the damage to my wallet for the key. Lowe’s had advised me against going to a locksmith as “they make money,” but if making money means honest money, I’m all for supporting a local business instead of a large corporation.
Thanks again for the phenomenal key copy!
