Bryan was a good guy I’ll use at anytime I need service I lost my keys due to moving vehicles at my job and couldn’t find my keys and I called one locksmith and they never came out which is papa lock is who they called and I called Brian and he came right out and gave me the key to my truck. Didn’t take not even not even. I don’t know it ain’t even take them no time you’re a good dude good service. I use them many times anytime anybody need a key to the vehicle. Very knowledgeable! I was recommended by the trusty F.L. Davis hardware store in Centerton. They could not cut my side mill cut key. Not only did I get two keys cut but also was able to get two new programmed keyless remotes. And the wait was not long.

On another note, this is a one of kind, unique shop. I loved looking at all the different keys and merchandise related to keys!

Amazing service!
I hadn’t driven my car in over two months after losing my only key fob. With no Mazda dealership in town and the closest one being in Memphis, I was stuck. I called around everywhere in Jonesboro before finally reaching this company.

He came to my home and had my car running again within 15–20 minutes. I even had an aftermarket fob, and he still made it work perfectly! He answered all my questions, explained the process clearly, and gave me confidence the job could be done.

I highly recommend this locksmith! Truly the BEST in Jonesboro. I’ll definitely be coming back for spare fobs in the future!

I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.

I called key tech locksmith service Saturday morning because I had lost my truck keys and my truck was locked. He told me what time he would be showing up, and what all he would do, and how much it would cost. Martin was a very honest man and was a man of his word. He came at the time he said, unlocked my truck, made me 2 new keys, and programmed the key for me. I would recommend him to anyone. He did great and I was thankful for him coming out on a Saturday. I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.

I highly recommend Fulmer’s Locksmith. My dad has used Fulmer’s for a long time, with great experiences, so they were his only recommendation. Caleb was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. He rekeyed my 3 exterior doors (2 locks each) and made new keys – all in about an hour or so. I need another key fob for my car, so I’m having them make that for me, too. Fulmer’s has great service, response time, and fair prices!
