Andrew was a true professional and very knowledgeable. He knocked out my re-key on a couple Schlage electronic locks very quickly. By appointment only, but able to see me the same afternoon I called and spoke with Adam. They do on-site, but we were trying to save some money, couldn’t be happier with the finished products!

SCAM! Took $189 to come unlock a car, told us it would be 30 minutes, then it was an hour, then they texted and said they cancelled the order and hung up on when called but still kept the money.

Bryan was a good guy I’ll use at anytime I need service I lost my keys due to moving vehicles at my job and couldn’t find my keys and I called one locksmith and they never came out which is papa lock is who they called and I called Brian and he came right out and gave me the key to my truck. Didn’t take not even not even. I don’t know it ain’t even take them no time you’re a good dude good service. I use them many times anytime anybody need a key to the vehicle. I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.

Very knowledgeable! I was recommended by the trusty F.L. Davis hardware store in Centerton. They could not cut my side mill cut key. Not only did I get two keys cut but also was able to get two new programmed keyless remotes. And the wait was not long.

On another note, this is a one of kind, unique shop. I loved looking at all the different keys and merchandise related to keys!

Was in and out in less than five mins to have keys made… you know it takes you that long to find the associate that makes the keys anywhere else. Keys worked correctly and they were fairly priced.

I was locked out of my vehicle and the first place I called kept giving me the run around on when they would arrive to help. After waiting over an hour and giving it the benefit of doubt since it was rush hour, I lost hope and called Pop a Lock and was there in less than 30 minutes and helped me get back into my car in no time.
