Very knowledgeable! I was recommended by the trusty F.L. Davis hardware store in Centerton. They could not cut my side mill cut key. Not only did I get two keys cut but also was able to get two new programmed keyless remotes. And the wait was not long.

On another note, this is a one of kind, unique shop. I loved looking at all the different keys and merchandise related to keys!

I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.
I highly recommend Eli’s Lock and Key to anyone looking for reliable service and people who genuinely care about their customers’ safety.

My son locked the keys in the car. I contacted Rick’s Unlock Service and he assured me he would head that way after he finished a job he was currently working on. I made the big stupid and locked myself out of my car at a gas station, with my keys and phone inside. I managed to bug the gas station staff into letting me use their phone, called this guy. Service was quick, easy, and very friendly too. Got to hear a funny story, and the price was affordable too. I’m not looking to lock myself out of my car again, but if I do I’m calling here.
