Called them a 24 -hour service let him know I had the money to get the key he said he had to call me back and go to the shop and see if they had the key called back asked about a key made for a 06 truck which has been made for me bedore this late I had an attitude because when I was asking do he have it he wouldn’t answer me ? Then stated I have to go to the shop to check it’s 11:00 at night I’m in the bed I said well ant this your job ? Then he said he would charge me $250 for a 06 vehicle basic key because it was a 11:00 at night name was nick would never shop with them again I couldn’t even understand what he was saying over the phone he complained about it being a 11:00 at night ? And told me if I don’t like it go shop elsewhere tried to call back he then blocked the number wouldn’t answer his name was Nick , Nick if you don’t like your job go get a new Job horrible customer service you don’t own pop a lock your.
