Nick and Cortlend were absolutely amazing! From the initial call to inquire about opening my Liberty Safe, to being flexible about the appointment times and the skill in getting the safe opened and like new again. They are great but they are not locksmiths. They are a finder service so they found me a locksmith. They really need to specify that in the ads. But I’m happy overall that the car was unlocked.

Was in and out in less than five mins to have keys made… you know it takes you that long to find the associate that makes the keys anywhere else. Keys worked correctly and they were fairly priced.

I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.
