Cory called to update his time frame with me so I was ready and knew how to get in touch with him if needed. Prompt, made the tire change look easy using all of his own equipment. Put my tire in the back for me to take to the shop! So easy to work with! I would want him specifically if I need them again! Thanks Cory for making me feel safe and taken care of!

I had a door mechanism fail totally. I assumed I would need a whole new system if not a new door. These guys got me scheduled, came out to see the problem, ordered a part, installed and my door lock works better than before. Start to finish in about a week. Fair price, professional, courteous service.

Whereas, I normally have great success getting keys copied at Minute Key, this unfortunately was not one of those times. None of the four (maybe six) keys that I purchased worked. I ended up going to a hardware store in Arkadelphia, AR where a representative completed the task to my satisfaction. Three of the six are shown as I am no longer in HSV, AR where I purchased them from the Walmart.

I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.

I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.

I loved the ease of making the key however I could see a lot of selection of different style keys below but would only let you pick from 3. Very disappointed I didn’t get the one I really wanted but I needed the keys so I picked one out of the three they showed.
