My son locked the keys in the car. I contacted Rick’s Unlock Service and he assured me he would head that way after he finished a job he was currently working on. My son later told me he came not long after we spoke and was able to get the keys out. I appreciate good service and someone that keeps their word. Thank you!

Did a dummy move and locked my keys in my truck. Called them at 9:51 pm, he was there by 10:19 pm, I was in my truck by 10:20 pm. Fast and friendly service. It was astounding at how quickly he was able to unlock my truck. The price was very reasonable for a late-ish call.

Making the keys was easy. The keys don’t work though. $15 for 3 keys that don’t work is too much money lost

Horribly rude bad customer service the service guy had a flat 6 miles from me in Stuttgart I offered to help he said no it was a company vehicle. He had to call the company and report it to their insurance and all of that.understandable so I simply asked him if they were gonna be towing it here Since it’s only 6 miles and we have tire shopsand after it got fixed, would he be able to steal make me a key? Or did I need to call and speak to someone at the actual company? Who could further assist me mind you I work in Little Rock took off early and drove all the way to stig to meet him so of course I was trying to see what my next steps were Do you know this man cussed me out and then when I called and told the company about it and That I didn’t appreciate that and what were they gonna do about it? She told me she didn’t really know if she could help me or cut me any type of discount for the inconvenience and then if someone did come, it would be the same service guy that cussed me out now how do you think that’s really gonna work so I asked for a different technician and then she got rude horrible people in my book And this is coming from our business owner who does a lot of business knows a lot of people and a lot of about customer service

I recommend this company. I don’t have roadside assistance, so I had to pay full price for the service. When I called, Max asked me what I could pay. I told him and he worked with me. He was enrolled to me immediately! The whole process took less than an hour. MAX was very professional and knowledgeable. I can not express enough how satisfied I am with the service provided by this company and Max! Five stars on top of five stars.
