It was awful service… the lady said 30 mins but will get some one as soon as possible… we missed our father’s birthday dinner cuz of them. It turned into a hr wait time then 3 miss to the arrival time I got another text message saying that they have to cancel but will get some one else, when I received the new text it said we have someone, eta of 90 to 120 mins… so we called cuz the lady the first time said if we cancel there would be a charge we were already paying 180.01 we needed compensation.. so my brother wanted to still wait for the service cuz he needed to get in his car… after 15 more minutes of waiting I get another text saying that they couldn’t find us… come on now… and asked did we still need help.. at first I said yes, then we thought about it and said no we don’t need any help. Do not use these people… they are a waist of your time… and you’re money!!! If you want ppl to give you there money… cuz we were willing to pay your price but to not show up and to cancel and have them waiting long hrs… that’s not good business at all. It says what type of ppl you are on the inside.
