I was very pleased with the service Shearer delivered. They were great with the site survey and recommending cameras to fit my needs. The install was seamless to me. The installer was great at teaching me all the system can do and he was overly concerned for my satisfaction. I have nothing but great things to say about Shearer. I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.
