I had to wait almost an hour in the cold after she told me someone would be there in 15 minutes. When their sub-contracted locksmith pulled up he informed me he had to come all the way from bay, and that the woman I spoke with was well aware of how far he had to come. All she had to do was be honest, it goes a long way!

Bryan was a good guy I’ll use at anytime I need service I lost my keys due to moving vehicles at my job and couldn’t find my keys and I called one locksmith and they never came out which is papa lock is who they called and I called Brian and he came right out and gave me the key to my truck. Didn’t take not even not even. I don’t know it ain’t even take them no time you’re a good dude good service. I use them many times anytime anybody need a key to the vehicle. Make sure you call Brian you are loving him when you come out. not to mention, he gave me a brand new key and a brand new key fob for my truck at a cheap price. Everybody needs to use Bryan

I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.

I was locked out of my vehicle and the first place I called kept giving me the run around on when they would arrive to help. After waiting over an hour and giving it the benefit of doubt since it was rush hour, I lost hope and called Pop a Lock and was there in less than 30 minutes and helped me get back into my car in no time. Highly recommend and they won’t leave you hanging and stay in communication with you.

I called key tech locksmith service Saturday morning because I had lost my truck keys and my truck was locked. He told me what time he would be showing up, and what all he would do, and how much it would cost. Martin was a very honest man and was a man of his word. He came at the time he said, unlocked my truck, made me 2 new keys, and programmed the key for me. I would recommend him to anyone. He did great and I was thankful for him coming out on a Saturday. I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.
