My key pad went out on my gun safe and I could not locate my key so I called and got same day service with Chris. He was able to get my safe open and repair it. Highly recommend very professional honest customer service!

I was locked out of my vehicle and the first place I called kept giving me the run around on when they would arrive to help. After waiting over an hour and giving it the benefit of doubt since it was rush hour, I lost hope and called Pop a Lock and was there in less than 30 minutes and helped me get back into my car in no time. Highly recommend and they won’t leave you hanging and stay in communication with you.

Fantastic service! Joshua, Melissa & Kristin helped me duplicate a cabin boat key with only a picture I texted them! They ordered the key, made it & mailed it to me! Their prompt communication & knowledge was “KEY” as I had visited two other businesses that were unable to make a new key for me – and I don’t even live in Fayetteville. I highly recommend them for their in depth knowledge, friendly communication & quick turn around!

I called Steadfast after being shot down by another in Siloam Springs,AR and I explained my situation and Curtis was very understanding and got on it right away… He ordered me a new remote Fob for my car and called the service contract company and in good faith came to my home and programmed the remote to my car and all I had to pay was taxes.
Curtis was very courteous and prepared to do his job and quickly and effectively. I am very Thankful…
