I was locked out of my vehicle and the first place I called kept giving me the run around on when they would arrive to help. After waiting over an hour and giving it the benefit of doubt since it was rush hour, I lost hope and called Pop a Lock and was there in less than 30 minutes and helped me get back into my car in no time. Highly recommend and they won’t leave you hanging and stay in communication with you.

I called Steadfast after being shot down by another in Siloam Springs,AR and I explained my situation and Curtis was very understanding and got on it right away… He ordered me a new remote Fob for my car and called the service contract company and in good faith came to my home and programmed the remote to my car and all I had to pay was taxes.
Curtis was very courteous and prepared to do his job and quickly and effectively. I am very Thankful…

My key pad went out on my gun safe and I could not locate my key so I called and got same day service with Chris. He was able to get my safe open and repair it. Highly recommend very professional honest customer service!

Wow Dylon was a wonderful man to work with. Who hasn’t done this before, I thought I lost my second set of keys. Being in a panic I called this place and they were so kind. Then I remembered all of a sudden bam where I put them. Fantastic service! Joshua, Melissa & Kristin helped me duplicate a cabin boat key with only a picture I texted them! They ordered the key, made it & mailed it to me! Their prompt communication & knowledge was “KEY” as I had visited two other businesses that were unable to make a new key for me – and I don’t even live in Fayetteville. It was very easy to use the Minute Key kiosk. I didn’t have to wait to find someone else who works at Lowe’s to do it for me. The instructions were simple and it only took a couple minutes to make 4 keys. The free brass key was an extra bonus as well.

I used one of your kiosk at Walmart. I paid for 3 copies and NONE of them worked. Walmart won’t refund or even help with any issues. And I’ve still not heard a word from you either. You get what you pay for and I’d rather support a local hardware store. At least they care about a customer enough to make sure things are right. I just wasted my $ & all those other’s (like me $9” key copies) add up on your end.

The kiosks are klunky and hard to use, and they try to upsell you several times before copying your key. You can only copy and pay for one key at at time. If you need to copy multiple keys it is an even bigger PITA. Lowe’s should get rid of these kiosks and go back to having actual people perform actual customer service.

Edit: In all fairness my main frustration here isn’t with Minute Key, it is with Lowe’s lack up customer service. I needed to make multiple copies of multiple keys, the kiosk was clearly not the best option, but I couldn’t get any Lowe’s employees to help me. If I had only needed a single key the kiosk would have been fine, and a better experience. I did get my keys made, and they did work just fine. However, it does take longer than a minute by the time you say “no” to all the upsell options, even for a single key.
