When the technician finally arrived, the work felt rushed, and I received little explanation about what was done. I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.

I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.
