Had a key stuck inside my cars ignition. I am so happy I was directed to Mr. Lock. They are absolutely fantastic. Tyler was super helpful and professional. Have used Larry’s Lock for years but found it has “moved” from Plainfield location. Followed instructions on door and went to “new” location on Este Avenue. Larry’s is NOT on Este — I found an Acme location where the employee had me wait for about 5 minutes before asking what I needed — he was “busy” with a personal phone call and FINALLY told the person he was talking to that he had a customer. NOTHING like Larry’s!! I would have left but I’d already driven WAY out of my way and really needed the keys today. DEFINITELY WON’T RETURN!!

I was first reluctant to use the machine. The process was easy and I like the fact I was offered to get an additional key at a reduce cost. The keys worked well when used to open the door. I would recommend using the machine.

I used the Key Me machine in the Walmart store in my hometown to make copies of my house key. The process was very straightforward and it was simple to follow the on screen instructions . The copies turned out perfectly and worked smoothly to open my door. The price per key was fair. I would use this process again.
