Johnny, I think was his name, made it to me and unlocked my jeep in less than 20 minutes. Very nice guy. Very cheap. Even made an extra key for me on the spot so I wouldn’t be locked out of my vehicle again!

Great service. I stopped by yesterday to get a spare key made for a van I just purchased. He was able to make the key in just a few minutes. I would have never used it to try and start the van because it has a fob. He informed me it will work to start the van. He walked me out to the van to confirm that it worked in the door and would start the van. Only locksmith I use. He also installed a deadbolt in my front door of my house.

They are great but they are not locksmiths. They are a finder service so they found me a locksmith. They really need to specify that in the ads. But I’m happy overall that the car was unlocked.

They have an AI answering service that’s really off-putting. I’d prefer you tell me up front instead of letting me think I’m talking to a real person. After hanging up on the AI voice, I got a call back from Cory. He was super helpful and accommodating. The price I was charged to have vehicle keys made was half the rate of a competitor. I plan to use them again.

I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.

I had a door mechanism fail totally. I assumed I would need a whole new system if not a new door. These guys got me scheduled, came out to see the problem, ordered a part, installed and my door lock works better than before. Start to finish in about a week.
