My Honda Accord 2008 key broke and the car was stuck for a long time. Another technician came before and couldn’t fix it, so I was really stressed.
Ben arrived on time, called ahead, and was very professional. He knew exactly what to do, brought the correct code, and fixed the problem properly.

This place is awesome. After losing the key to my work can I reached out to many and these are the only ones who reached back. Thank goodness because they were great. They sent their tech Zach out and he was just awesome. He was absolutely one of friendliest guys you ever want to meet but he knows what he’s doing I was stressed about the key but in 20 min he had me taken care of. They also beat the others prices was not even close. This is locksmith service to call should you need one they work around your schedule and will be there when you need them. I recommend this company. I don’t have roadside assistance, so I had to pay full price for the service. When I called, Max asked me what I could pay. I told him and he worked with me. He was enrolled to me immediately! The whole process took less than an hour. MAX was very professional and knowledgeable. Attempted two hardware stores and keys didn’t work. Went to PERKS KEY AND LOCK and the keys worked perfectly the first time. They have a whole wall of key blanks for specialized locks, such as security doors. 5 Stars.

They have an AI answering service that’s really off-putting. I’d prefer you tell me up front instead of letting me think I’m talking to a real person. After hanging up on the AI voice, I got a call back from Cory. He was super helpful and accommodating. The price I was charged to have vehicle keys made was half the rate of a competitor. I plan to use them again.

I recently purchased a used BMW 430i and it only came with one key. I thought that theBMW dealership would be the only way to get a spare key.i found ARD locksmith on line and they were excited provide and to program a spare key fob for me.They worked tireless until they were done. They had pull my FCM computer out of the car.then they copied the codes and programming from the FCM and next they put the same code and programming onto the spare key fob. Next they reinstalled the FCM back in the car (with no damage to the unit) and cleared any errors. Finally they tested both key fobs just to make sure all the features worked. They also give an 90 day warranty.All that work and at a good price too! I highly recommend ARD Locksmith. See attached pictures.

The elderly woman in the office was extremely rude throughout the request, all the way through to when I paid. It was almost unbelievable. She was upset that I didn’t know that someone had to be present – I was calling for a client- yet she never informed me of this policy. “WE ARE NOT GOING TO JUST WAIT AROUND FOR YOU!” Is exactly what she said. She huffed and raised her voice at me and spoke in a derisive tone. When I asked for her name, she mumbled something that sounded like “Kebby”, and would not repeat it. I will never call them again.

Got two keys made and one was given for free. None of the keys worked on my door once I got home. However they get three stars from me because I was refunded within the hour of notifying them of the issue.

I only needed a basic door key – a Kwikset 1 key blank. The self-service machine had a blank with basic key “decorations” for $8.95 ea. + tax including a US Flag and a number of “branded” keys with NFL team logos and others for $13.95 ea + tax.

The sequence was easy to have the key made. Put the key in, choose the decoration (plain was not an option I saw), pay & get the key. Along the way I believe it tried to up-sell smoothing of the sharp key edges and had sales prompts for vehicle keys, fobs, etc. Payment was by card only. It appeared that the only receipt was via text message to the number on the card chip.

Positives.
▪️The KeyMe was convenient at a time I needed a key and saved a trip elsewhere.
▪️The key works fine.
▪️The flag key design was kind of cool.

Not-So-Good.
▪️Base keys were pricey. Kwickset 1 undecorated, brass key blanks range from 35-70¢ each in retail in bulk.
▪️I’ve never had a key made where the maker appeared to charge extra for making sure it didn’t have an edge which would irritate or cut a finger. That’s not an up-sell, it’s part of the service.
▪️The logo keys were rose-colored-glasses fan prices.
▪️I recieved at least three texts, including one to write this review after having my receipt sent. If privacy notice or data opt out was there, I didn’t see it.
▪️Texts did not advise that I could reply STOP to unsubcribe or that I had a choice because I wanted a receipt.
▪️I have questions. Had I given it more information, would it continue to monetize the data further? What would have happened with the data on a key card, automobile immobilizer chip or a fob? Would it have been used for more marketing? The machine’s data must be connected with an internet port, because I doubt the kiosk sent me texts. How long does the data remain on the kiosk? Where was my data transmitted? What entity has it now? Is my card number stored? If so, is the data encrypted, hashed and salted or is my card data a sitting duck for the next data breach? Will I start getting texts from 10 other entities for buying a pricey key?

I’m not sure I only bought a door key.

Called them a 24 -hour service let him know I had the money to get the key he said he had to call me back and go to the shop and see if they had the key called back asked about a key made for a 06 truck which has been made for me bedore this late I had an attitude because when I was asking do he have it he wouldn’t answer me ? Then stated I have to go to the shop to check it’s 11:00 at night I’m in the bed I said well ant this your job ? Then he said he would charge me $250 for a 06 vehicle basic key because it was a 11:00 at night name was nick would never shop with them again I couldn’t even understand what he was saying over the phone he complained about it being a 11:00 at night ? And told me if I don’t like it go shop elsewhere tried to call back he then blocked the number wouldn’t answer his name was Nick , Nick if you don’t like your job go get a new Job horrible customer service you don’t own pop a lock your. Worker and the average price on my car without a key is $75 to $100 and I will definitely go spend my money elsewhere once again if you do not like your job go get a new Job Nick Pop a Lock in Jacksonville Arkansas and yes I did have attitude because you did try to over charge me it doesn’t matter what time it is you all charge by the distance. you didn’t even know where I was and it’s. a 24 hour service Go get a New Job if you do not like your job you do not own the place.
