The customer service is amazing at Elite. They have everything in stock. I’ve tried other places and always get “i have to order that one” and always end up here because of their selection. Cute keychains too. They have made my business transactions so easy by also being a mobile service!

I keep getting these notices to leave a review, but i wasnt able to use the service. When you call you get a receptionist and then she transfers you to another place to put your zip code in and when I did there was no one in my area. So not sure what about the service but giving 3 stars because its a little lengthy process to go through.

A few years ago I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I didn’t realize that I locked the car until sometime between 12:00AM and 1:00AM. I got the number for Kings locksmith from a friend of mine and decided to give them a call. I fully expected the call to be ignored, or to be told I’d have to wait until morning. But they answered the phone and came out to unlock my car for me. They didn’t have to help me out at that late hour, he could have stayed in bed. But instead he made the 30+ minute drive to help me. He was nice, helpful, informative, and skilled. I highly recommend using Kings Locksmith.

I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.

We had lost the keys to a small safe. It’s a fireproof suitcase style box. We went in to see if they would be able to pick the lock so that I could access my social security card. Within minutes we had a new key cut for us and the price was very reasonable. I’m very happy with the service, the woman who helped us was as nice as could be and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you.

I called Steadfast after being shot down by another in Siloam Springs,AR and I explained my situation and Curtis was very understanding and got on it right away… He ordered me a new remote Fob for my car and called the service contract company and in good faith came to my home and programmed the remote to my car and all I had to pay was taxes.

I called key tech locksmith service Saturday morning because I had lost my truck keys and my truck was locked. He told me what time he would be showing up, and what all he would do, and how much it would cost. Martin was a very honest man and was a man of his word. He came at the time he said, unlocked my truck, made me 2 new keys, and programmed the key for me. I would recommend him to anyone. He did great and I was thankful for him coming out on a Saturday.
