Did a dummy move and locked my keys in my truck. Called them at 9:51 pm, he was there by 10:19 pm, I was in my truck by 10:20 pm. Fast and friendly service. It was astounding at how quickly he was able to unlock my truck. The price was very reasonable for a late-ish call.

This man deserves all the great things that come to him in life. Not only did he get to my location extremely fast, he even found my original key that fell where I couldn’t dream of accessing. This place is awesome. After losing the key to my work can I reached out to many and these are the only ones who reached back. Thank goodness because they were great. They sent their tech Zach out and he was just awesome. He was absolutely one of friendliest guys you ever want to meet but he knows what he’s doing I was stressed about the key but in 20 min he had me taken care of. They also beat the others prices was not even close. This is locksmith service to call should you need one they work around your schedule and will be there when you need them. I want to thank Zach again for doing such an awesome job and this will be my locksmith of choice for the future. Thank all of the people that helped me you were so friendly and professional.

Horribly rude bad customer service the service guy had a flat 6 miles from me in Stuttgart I offered to help he said no it was a company vehicle. He had to call the company and report it to their insurance and all of that.understandable so I simply asked him if they were gonna be towing it here Since it’s only 6 miles and we have tire shopsand after it got fixed, would he be able to steal make me a key? Or did I need to call and speak to someone at the actual company? Who could further assist me mind you I work in Little Rock took off early and drove all the way to stig to meet him so of course I was trying to see what my next steps were Do you know this man cussed me out and then when I called and told the company about it and That I didn’t appreciate that and what were they gonna do about it? She told me she didn’t really know if she could help me or cut me any type of discount for the inconvenience and then if someone did come, it would be the same service guy that cussed me out now how do you think that’s really gonna work so I asked for a different technician and then she got rude horrible people in my book And this is coming from our business owner who does a lot of business knows a lot of people and a lot of about customer service

Awesome service and price! Cut and programmed 2 jeep grand cherokee keys for me in less than 10ish minutes. The lady that did the work for me (I’m not great with names) was friendly and efficient. Will definitely use again!

From reviews it appears KeyMe Locksmiths is better than Forsyth Locksmith where I was quoted $19.99 by the receptionist for the service call and $65 for the lowest cost for replacing a door lock on home from my initial call. This followed with a call from the service tech who quoted $26 dollars for the service call. After discussion, he agreed to original $19.99 quoted cost. When he arrived after changing appt times 3 times that I accomodated to be helpful and decent, the service tech quoted me a minimum of $145 to replace lock not the original $65 quoted. This for a 2 screw deadbolt that I changed myself in 45 minutes. Reason for originally calling a service tech was due to limited time. The $145 did not include the $19.99 service fee which the service tech I believe named Thomas denied in person stating he never quoted at $26. When I cancelled service for the ever changing pricing he said he would not give me a receipt for the service charge until I stated I would not pay unless provided a receipt. I asked how he can live with himself with providing service with so many issues. He stated with a smile, I don’t care it’s not my business. Why did he not want to originally give me a receipt? Can’t be trusted there are better vendors to call like KeyMe Locksmiths NOT Forsyth Locksmith. I’ve never left a review before. Best to way to describe Forsyth Lockmith… truthfully awful.
