I haven’t used his services but I called asking for help after an impossible situation (keys flushed down toilet – it was an automatic flush, it could happen to you too) and needed car keys made. While The Locksmith Guy couldn’t make my keys, he made several helpful suggestions for others in the area that could. 5 stars just for willingness to help and kindness.

Called them a 24 -hour service let him know I had the money to get the key he said he had to call me back and go to the shop and see if they had the key called back asked about a key made for a 06 truck which has been made for me bedore this late I had an attitude because when I was asking do he have it he wouldn’t answer me ? Then stated I have to go to the shop to check it’s 11:00 at night I’m in the bed I said well ant this your job ? Then he said he would charge me $250 for a 06 vehicle basic key because it was a 11:00 at night name was nick would never shop with them again I couldn’t even understand what he was saying over the phone he complained about it being a 11:00 at night ? And told me if I don’t like it go shop elsewhere tried to call back he then blocked the number wouldn’t answer his name was Nick , Nick if you don’t like your job go get a new Job horrible customer service you don’t own pop a lock your. Worker and the average price on my car without a key is $75 to $100 and I will definitely go spend my money elsewhere once again if you do not like your job go get a new Job Nick Pop a Lock in Jacksonville Arkansas and yes I did have attitude because you did try to over charge me it doesn’t matter what time it is you all charge by the distance. you didn’t even know where I was and it’s. a 24 hour service Go get a New Job if you do not like your job you do not own the place.

Did a dummy move and locked my keys in my truck. Called them at 9:51 pm, he was there by 10:19 pm, I was in my truck by 10:20 pm. Fast and friendly service. It was astounding at how quickly he was able to unlock my truck. The price was very reasonable for a late-ish call.

This place is awesome. After losing the key to my work can I reached out to many and these are the only ones who reached back. Thank goodness because they were great. They sent their tech Zach out and he was just awesome. He was absolutely one of friendliest guys you ever want to meet but he knows what he’s doing I was stressed about the key but in 20 min he had me taken care of. They also beat the others prices was not even close. This is locksmith service to call should you need one they work around your schedule and will be there when you need them. I recently purchased a used BMW 430i and it only came with one key. I thought that theBMW dealership would be the only way to get a spare key.i found ARD locksmith on line and they were excited provide and to program a spare key fob for me.They worked tireless until they were done. They had pull my FCM computer out of the car.then they copied the codes and programming from the FCM and next they put the same code and programming onto the spare key fob. Next they reinstalled the FCM back in the car (with no damage to the unit) and cleared any errors. Finally they tested both key fobs just to make sure all the features worked. They also give an 90 day warranty.All that work and at a good price too! I highly recommend ARD Locksmith. See attached pictures.

Horribly rude bad customer service the service guy had a flat 6 miles from me in Stuttgart I offered to help he said no it was a company vehicle. He had to call the company and report it to their insurance and all of that.understandable so I simply asked him if they were gonna be towing it here Since it’s only 6 miles and we have tire shopsand after it got fixed, would he be able to steal make me a key? Or did I need to call and speak to someone at the actual company? Who could further assist me mind you I work in Little Rock took off early and drove all the way to stig to meet him so of course I was trying to see what my next steps were Do you know this man cussed me out and then when I called and told the company about it and That I didn’t appreciate that and what were they gonna do about it? She told me she didn’t really know if she could help me or cut me any type of discount for the inconvenience and then if someone did come, it would be the same service guy that cussed me out now how do you think that’s really gonna work so I asked for a different technician and then she got rude horrible people in my book And this is coming from our business owner who does a lot of business knows a lot of people and a lot of about customer service
