Andrew was a true professional and very knowledgeable. He knocked out my re-key on a couple Schlage electronic locks very quickly. By appointment only, but able to see me the same afternoon I called and spoke with Adam. They do on-site, but we were trying to save some money, couldn’t be happier with the finished products!

Had a copy of a gate lock key made then drove 45 minutes to find out the key wouldn’t work once I got back and checked both keys side by side you could see the difference.

Bryan was a good guy I’ll use at anytime I need service I lost my keys due to moving vehicles at my job and couldn’t find my keys and I called one locksmith and they never came out which is papa lock is who they called and I called Brian and he came right out and gave me the key to my truck. Didn’t take not even not even. I don’t know it ain’t even take them no time you’re a good dude good service. I use them many times anytime anybody need a key to the vehicle. My key pad went out on my gun safe and I could not locate my key so I called and got same day service with Chris. He was able to get my safe open and repair it. Highly recommend very professional honest customer service!

Very knowledgeable! I was recommended by the trusty F.L. Davis hardware store in Centerton. They could not cut my side mill cut key. Not only did I get two keys cut but also was able to get two new programmed keyless remotes. And the wait was not long.

On another note, this is a one of kind, unique shop. I loved looking at all the different keys and merchandise related to keys!

I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.
