We hired Nick’s Locksmith & Door Solutions to modify an existing commercial door in our business. They carefully cut the door and installed a 2ft by 2ft window so our staff could have better two-way access without bumping into each other. The job was done professionally, cleanly, and on time. The new window looks great and makes our daily operations much smoother. It sucks they charge an inconvenience fee of 49.00. Which I wish you would have mentioned this on our intial call. Transparency would have been to say hey we charge an inconvenience fee. Never once was this mentioned. When we spoke with the representative all she said was the locksmith will call you with a price. Never once did she say we take your payment info so we can charge you an inconvenience fee. If that was mentioned then this would have been handled differently. She made it seem like we need a card on file to help. Then they attempted to debit my card twice for two separate transactions for 49.00. I understand you run a business. But transparency is key. I specifically asked her what I would be charged for never once did she mention this. Lesson learned. Update***she reached out in regards to my Google review. Although I attempted to resolve per phone call. Shameless.

My son misplaced his truck key so I was pricing out replacement services…the two I called before hand did not service my area so I called a third company, Dr. Locksmith, left my info for a callback and Cory called me within a few minutes of my request…he was able to come out for same day service. He answered all of my questions. Explained everything to me and made sure I was all set before leaving! As a professional in the service industry myself, it is always nice to find people who work just as I do for my clients that I serve!

I have Cory saved in my phone and I will call him back if ever I am in need and I will pass his info to all of my clients as well.

Next day mobile service in the rain. The photo is Chris, working away in the rain without complaint. His van has a key grinder mounted right in it. I’ve dealt with three people now from Amazing Locksmith Service. All three are nice and seem to be good at their work. They are less expensive than the locksmith I used before who would provide mobile service.

Juan was incredibly professional and efficient. He was able to get to me within an hour of me calling. I didn’t realize my keys were missing until about 6 PM, so the really quick service was very much appreciated. I don’t recommend losing your vehicle keys, but if you do, definitely call Chief Lock and Auto!
