I was locked out of my house and called them because they were close to my home. Great experience, they were very punctual with their arrival time and fixed my car key and fob case no issues whatsoever. Thank you to the technician “Dustin R.” for his punctuality and professionalism. My wife can use her car keys again lol. Thanks a lot guys, will definitely recommend Pop-a-lock.

Excellent experience! I brought in a small electronic safe that I could no longer open. They swiftly went to work, gave me some options, and had it open in no time. Everyone was very friendly, they were patient, they answered all of my questions, and the price was right. Overall, I am very glad I chose Dixie Lock and Safe!

Came in and got two keys made for my car. They was quick and very helpful. The dealership was going to charge way more than what he did. So I saved money and got to meet someone who cares about the community and have been here for over 30 years. Will come back and refer everyone I know.

Andrew was a true professional and very knowledgeable. He knocked out my re-key on a couple Schlage electronic locks very quickly. By appointment only, but able to see me the same afternoon I called and spoke with Adam. They do on-site, but we were trying to save some money, couldn’t be happier with the finished products!
