Great people ❤️! I needed a spare key cut for my truck, I already had a blank, uncut key and the gentleman was generous enough to cut it for free and I was in and out in less than 4 minutes. I highly recommend and will definitely be bringing my business here in the future!

Extremely unprofessional.
I spoke with Lisa on the phone and coordinated a key job with them. I even offered to pay more money since they were going to have to drive a bit to get there. Everything was confirmed. Instead of just saying they can no longer do the job, she decided to ghost me for a week straight. Pitiful and childish are the best words I can think of to describe them.

A kiosk is not a locksmith. You’re completely misrepresenting your service. This thing is as buggy and useless as self-checkout and ‘press 1 for English’ automated phone systems. Should do away with all of it and give the jobs to people who can actually help.

Yall this guy right here is amazing!! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to him and his company! My family and I ran out of gas and were stuck on a main high traffic road and in the blazing heat. We had twin babies and a young teen in the backseat and no one was stopping to help us and even the police department hadn’t dispatched anyone after around a half hour but this guy right here stopped to help us and had a gas can full of gas ready for us!! He was so compassionate and respectful and I can’t even put into enough words how blessed we were to have him stop and help! There’s no telling how long we would have been sitting there with my 3 kids if this guy hadn’t been in our path!! I would 1000% recommend him and his company for any future needs!

I liked the convenience of the machine but I felt it was a little high for a plain key & its hard to get the key in the door to unlock it. Hope it gets easier.
