Extremely unprofessional.
I spoke with Lisa on the phone and coordinated a key job with them. I even offered to pay more money since they were going to have to drive a bit to get there. Everything was confirmed. Instead of just saying they can no longer do the job, she decided to ghost me for a week straight. Pitiful and childish are the best words I can think of to describe them.

Thank you so much! Excellent service! Eli provided me affordable service on a key he made to my 2018 Mercedes cla250 in the Hoover area. Key was scheduled to arrive overnight! He was very professional, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. I did not have to get my car towed to the dealer. He came to me and installation took less than 30 minutes. I hope I never need a locksmith again BUT if I do, I’ll use this company. The smith showed up on time and kept me updated as to when he would arrive. He tried really hard to minimize damage to my property but ultimately ended up having to drill the deadbolt. I really appreciate the extra effort. Finally, the price was very reasonable for the work he put in. Great job!

I called 3 times and no one picked up then I had my man call and the lady picked up first ring and when she answered she said she would call back to let me know someone was otw then when I called again a hour later when back to no answer …..I was outside alone in my pajamas if yall don’t wanna make the money close shop cuz it’s tax season and I was more than willing to tip u as well … this is the second time I have had this issue yall communication sucks and you should really update your hours of operation on Google. If y’all don’t want nobody calling y’all after a certain time.

I called Pelham but the man came from 25-30 min away. He picked the lock but it was $200.00and if I wanted a new key it would be another $50.00. It was just so expensive and I was given two quotes on the phone then two different at the door. I was shocked at the price.

11:45pm called to request a locksmith. Was told that a tech would call me back to give me an eta & price. 45mins later, no call. I call back to get get an update, the guy claims that the tech wouldn’t be able to come out… 45mins waisted. I could’ve been searching for services elsewhere in that 45mins. Dont waist your time with them
