Extremely unprofessional.
I spoke with Lisa on the phone and coordinated a key job with them. I even offered to pay more money since they were going to have to drive a bit to get there. Everything was confirmed. Instead of just saying they can no longer do the job, she decided to ghost me for a week straight. Pitiful and childish are the best words I can think of to describe them.

They came to my home shortly after I called witch I thought was awesome brought two fobs an had them programed in no time very friendly and polite. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is it’s been a week and I still haven’t received the emergency keys I have called a few times still no keys

The people there are very professional. Reprogramming security key and key fob cost way to much Anywhere. 200-300 dollars is voodoo damn much

It really pains me to write this review. The fella was such a gentleman. He came out quickly and got me back on the road in no time. Before I left. The key fob said not detected. He assured me it just needed a new battery. I don’t know anything about this, so I trusted his word and took off. I am not from Alabama. So I had a good ways to travel. About a week later, my car would no longer start at all. I replaced the battery before this. It would still say not detected. But eventually would start. Unfortunately I had to spend another $350 to get a new key fob since it was the sensor that was bad. Not the battery. I reached out to this gentleman to see if there was a warranty or anything could be done. He said best he could do was send me $100 back. I paid him $325. He did come out on a whim, and did do his part. I don’t think he intended to sell me a bad key fob. So I didn’t expect the full $325. Now I’m $675 into a key fob. And he has ghosted me. Didn’t even send the $100. So unfortunately I’d have to warn you guys to look elsewhere if you want a reliable locksmith and a warranty. He said he could make it right if I was close, and I believe he meant that. But there’s no warranty and he ghosts you when he offers to send money back. Just go to someone with a warranty. It’s not worth the risk.

Update. He said he “was going to refund me”. (He doesn’t communicate unless it’s phone calls, I can’t do phone calls) so he didn’t communicate with me. But since I said since I hadn’t heard back I’ll just leave a review. That I can forget my refund and leave my review instead. It’s sad to me he would do this to another human!! Go somewhere else!

the BEST locksmith service i’ve ever seen. called him, immediately picked up, i told him where i was and what happened and he instantly gave me a quote, came in 30 minutes, and charged me exactly what he quoted, and helped me with something a li unrelated with his job as well! great service! by the way the whole process (once he arrived) was 5 minutes, he was done with his job in 2 and took 3 to help me out
