I called spoke with Josh super nice person answered all my questions, gave me directions to shop , went the next day to the shop Andrea was again super sweet Lady Cut the Key while waiting for the tech to get there, The Tech A.J, again could not be nicer, deactivated key and re programed new key.
Super sweet and Knowegable folks, worth the drive to clanton.
I will defineatly highly recommend Crystal Keys Locksmith and Security to everyone I can.

Emergency situations happen. Called very rude man answered the phone. I explained he had spoke with my son a few moments earlier and I needed to find out what information he needed he tells me and I send it. Says it will be some time this morning he will call you when on the way. This is 8 am. 12 pm called back he is even more rude tells me the tech is back but busy and he will call me and hung up without letting me say a word. I called my son to call him since apparently he has a problem with a women. They tell him waiting on key code from manufacturer, very understandable. 4pm tech calls says he’s on the way. We meet him out there which is in the country at a ride park. My friend had to be air lifted and my keys were lost in the total chaos. He is programming car and it doesn’t work, turns out the rude man that answers the phone is sick and gave him the wrong key. So he states be back tomorrow. Mind you I need this car to go to the hospital. Next day still can’t get it to work. Going to do research and come back in the morning. 1 pm next day and nothing from Roman’s. I called and rude man states they never have this much problem with a Nissan and that he can try to come out tomorrow. Done. Never use again and highly do not recommend.

The key worked. Having the key made was a bit overbearing with the sales pitch at every option pushing for me to have more than one key made. Also, keys should not cost $7.67 at a kiosk. Although the key worked, I will be going to the local locksmith for my next needed key. I went to this kiosk for price, which had evidently gone up by like 200% in the last year. Same kiosk vendor? I’m not sure, but I will not pay that again! High price on key, convenience fee added, – NO THANKS
