Very quick, efficient, and professional! I had a replacement key fob come in later in the day, called in about having it cut/programmed and was seen same day. A new key cut, replacement key cut and key fob programed to my car in 20 minutes for a super reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Went to a kiosk to get a key ordered or made was in formed I would receive it in the mail in 3 to 5 days received email with order #. It’s been 7 days 5 business days still no key no other messages from them tried using my order # to track it they don’t offer that on the website. Called the customer service # gave them my order they couldn’t find my transaction with my order # they had to use the last 4 of my card # to look it up. Just to find out that my key has not even been made yet. They didn’t send me anything letting me know about the delay horrible business practice. If I tell someone a customer who has already paid me if I see I’m going to be late I would feel obligated to communicate that!!!!

Helms ordered us a new key fob after we had one stolen, they cut the new spare emergency key and reprogrammed both fobs so now the old stolen fob will not work. Fast friendly service.

I locked myself out of my truck on a Thursday morning. An extremely fair, honest, and respectable gentleman arrived at my home. He showed up and amazed me at how skilled he was at his profession. I’ve used Minute Key for house keys (entrance keys) for several years, but never for padlock keys because I didn’t know they could duplicate them. Yesterday, my Lowes was out of the correct blanks, so with nothing to lose, I tried the Minute Key machine, and it handled two Master keys with no problem. Very pleased.
