I hope I never need a locksmith again BUT if I do, I’ll use this company. The smith showed up on time and kept me updated as to when he would arrive. He tried really hard to minimize damage to my property but ultimately ended up having to drill the deadbolt. I really appreciate the extra effort. I got the buy 2 get one free. I selected 2 of the same key (the butterfly key) and one of the paw print. What I received was a blue dotted key, a butterfly key and paw print key. So 2 out of 3 but they all did work

I was locked out of my vehicle and it was running. It started to rain. Night. Alone. Country music in the background of some redneck oasis called Alabaster. I search the internet with only 9% of battery power left in my phone. No locksmith would answer no one would call me back, and then I found these guys. Like a chunk of gold in the Mississippi River all by itself there they were. I got an answer I was promised to call back I was not hopeful. I continued my search as my battery powered dropped in the country music got closer. What was reminded of a movie from the 80s where the kid was playing the banjo and his lips were real pretty. I was gonna panic and then my phone rang. It was the lone voice of a locksmith who said the magic words that I longed to hear. I’m on the way Mr. Smith I’ll be there in 20 minutes. When he arrived, he waved his hand and my truck opened. He smiled and said “you get home safely now.” I am forever grateful.

I was a little skeptical about having a key made without a little human supervision. If it didn’t work, how would I rectify the situation? They had a guarantee on the machine so I decided to try it. It was super easy. I inserted my key blade into the machine. I didn’t need to take it off of my keyring. Like the machine says, it took about a minute. Super fast and the key looked great. Obviously the true test would be testing the key. I tried it that night and it fit beautifully! I had no problem opening the lock. It didn’t catch, I didn’t need to wiggle it. It fit beautifully! I will absolutely use the machine again. Great experience.

I called Pelham but the man came from 25-30 min away. He picked the lock but it was $200.00and if I wanted a new key it would be another $50.00. It was just so expensive and I was given two quotes on the phone then two different at the door. I was shocked at the price.

First time using a kiosk for cutting/duplicating house keys. Pretty straight foward process. Was able to walk away and look at tools nearby while listening out for the machining to end. Keys were dead accurate.

At first I was skeptical about using a kiosk to get keys made. It was a simple process. I went home and tried it and it works better than the copy made by the clerk and I didn’t have to wait to find someone to cut the key!
