I’ve had these folks rekey a handful of locks as well as duplicate some commercial keys. Always fast, friendly, and fair prices. I recently asked them for help finding a key for a weird old antique lock that was sealed so the core couldn’t simply be replaced. While they weren’t able to figure it out, they did put the time and effort into trying and didn’t charge me for the attempt. That’s good customer service that will keep me coming back.

So conveniently located in my local Walmart. Its placement near the checkout area made it truly next level! I’ve been walking around with a house key that needed a duplicate for over a year! (ridiculous, I know!🤦🏾‍♀️) It was so awesome not to have to make a special trip to a hardware store, like Lowe’s, where I’ve always gotten them!

A real clutch service! I needed a duplicate key at 10:30 PM on a Sunday night. I found this machine inside Kroger, and it was perfect. Just slide the key in, pay with a card, and within 5 minutes you have a perfect duplicate! It worked even better than the old original!! Definitely recommend!

The owner Robert replaced an old front doorknob and deadbolt with a new Kwikset shiny brass set. It looks great and works as expected. He and Lydia provided excellent customer care. I highly recommend them.

It really pains me to write this review. The fella was such a gentleman. He came out quickly and got me back on the road in no time. Before I left. The key fob said not detected. He assured me it just needed a new battery. I don’t know anything about this, so I trusted his word and took off. I am not from Alabama. So I had a good ways to travel. About a week later, my car would no longer start at all. I replaced the battery before this. It would still say not detected. But eventually would start. Unfortunately I had to spend another $350 to get a new key fob since it was the sensor that was bad. Not the battery. I reached out to this gentleman to see if there was a warranty or anything could be done. He said best he could do was send me $100 back. I paid him $325. He did come out on a whim, and did do his part. I don’t think he intended to sell me a bad key fob. So I didn’t expect the full $325. Now I’m $675 into a key fob. And he has ghosted me. Didn’t even send the $100. So unfortunately I’d have to warn you guys to look elsewhere if you want a reliable locksmith and a warranty. He said he could make it right if I was close, and I believe he meant that. But there’s no warranty and he ghosts you when he offers to send money back. Just go to someone with a warranty. It’s not worth the risk.

Update. He said he “was going to refund me”. (He doesn’t communicate unless it’s phone calls, I can’t do phone calls) so he didn’t communicate with me. But since I said since I hadn’t heard back I’ll just leave a review. That I can forget my refund and leave my review instead. It’s sad to me he would do this to another human!! Go somewhere else!

I would recommend the service. I had 3 keys made and each of them worked. I didn’t think the car key would work because it had buttos and a key fog. I thought it had to be programmed by the car dealer. It worked when I got it in the mail. Great Company all around. I saved over 150 dollars using the key machine. I didn’t pay the dealer price for my car key and that made me happy. The key arrived on time in the mail as well. Thank you so much.
