Awesome service! My smart lock would not work. Anthony was at my home within 10 minutes and resolved the issue is less. Very fair price!!

I visited the physical store front and had a blade key cut. Dave was great, he was able to cut the key and made sure that it worked within 5 minutes. The price was very fair and they were left with a very satisfied customer. So much better than the big box stores.

Hello, I spent over 30 dollars getting several keys made months ago, I get them home, none of the keys worked. I thought it was my fault, that maybe I took the wrong keys to be made. So I didn’t worry about it. The other day 12/24 /25, I took one key, my main house key, and had three keys made. I get home and try the new keys, and none of the new keys worked. That’s very disappointing, Walmart is the worst, that key making machine is the worst…very very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!

I work for The Heavenly Donut Company and we have had to use Harbison Lock and Key on 2 separate occasions for 2 separate needs. Both visits from them have been perfect! Perfect timing, great communication, very reasonable cost and the tech they sent out- his name is Colton- did a great job! Would definitely recommend them for any home or job needs.

I had such a great experience with Birmingham Lock and Key! Brandon and his team were incredibly kind, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. They helped me get a lock open on an antique piece of furniture and handled it with so much care and precision.

You can tell they really know what they’re doing. It’s not every day you find a business that combines expertise with genuinely friendly service. Highly recommend!
