Extremely unprofessional.
I spoke with Lisa on the phone and coordinated a key job with them. I even offered to pay more money since they were going to have to drive a bit to get there. Everything was confirmed. Instead of just saying they can no longer do the job, she decided to ghost me for a week straight. Pitiful and childish are the best words I can think of to describe them.

It really pains me to write this review. The fella was such a gentleman. He came out quickly and got me back on the road in no time. Before I left. The key fob said not detected. He assured me it just needed a new battery. I don’t know anything about this, so I trusted his word and took off. I am not from Alabama. So I had a good ways to travel. About a week later, my car would no longer start at all. I replaced the battery before this. It would still say not detected. But eventually would start. Unfortunately I had to spend another $350 to get a new key fob since it was the sensor that was bad. Not the battery. I reached out to this gentleman to see if there was a warranty or anything could be done. He said best he could do was send me $100 back. I paid him $325. He did come out on a whim, and did do his part. I don’t think he intended to sell me a bad key fob. So I didn’t expect the full $325. Now I’m $675 into a key fob. And he has ghosted me. Didn’t even send the $100. So unfortunately I’d have to warn you guys to look elsewhere if you want a reliable locksmith and a warranty. He said he could make it right if I was close, and I believe he meant that. But there’s no warranty and he ghosts you when he offers to send money back. Just go to someone with a warranty. It’s not worth the risk.

Update. He said he “was going to refund me”. (He doesn’t communicate unless it’s phone calls, I can’t do phone calls) so he didn’t communicate with me. But since I said since I hadn’t heard back I’ll just leave a review. That I can forget my refund and leave my review instead. It’s sad to me he would do this to another human!! Go somewhere else!

Yall this guy right here is amazing!! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to him and his company! My family and I ran out of gas and were stuck on a main high traffic road and in the blazing heat. We had twin babies and a young teen in the backseat and no one was stopping to help us and even the police department hadn’t dispatched anyone after around a half hour but this guy right here stopped to help us and had a gas can full of gas ready for us!! He was so compassionate and respectful and I can’t even put into enough words how blessed we were to have him stop and help! There’s no telling how long we would have been sitting there with my 3 kids if this guy hadn’t been in our path!! I would 1000% recommend him and his company for any future needs!

I hope I never need a locksmith again BUT if I do, I’ll use this company. The smith showed up on time and kept me updated as to when he would arrive. He tried really hard to minimize damage to my property but ultimately ended up having to drill the deadbolt. I really appreciate the extra effort. Finally, the price was very reasonable for the work he put in. Great job!
