I called spoke with Josh super nice person answered all my questions, gave me directions to shop , went the next day to the shop Andrea was again super sweet Lady Cut the Key while waiting for the tech to get there, The Tech A.J, again could not be nicer, deactivated key and re programed new key.
Super sweet and Knowegable folks, worth the drive to clanton.
I will defineatly highly recommend Crystal Keys Locksmith and Security to everyone I can.

Bought 4 keys. Loved the diy, no waiting. I used four different covers for the keys when personalized whose key is whose. The keys worked very well. No problems.

It really pains me to write this review. The fella was such a gentleman. He came out quickly and got me back on the road in no time. Before I left. The key fob said not detected. He assured me it just needed a new battery. I don’t know anything about this, so I trusted his word and took off. I am not from Alabama. So I had a good ways to travel. About a week later, my car would no longer start at all. I replaced the battery before this. It would still say not detected. But eventually would start. Unfortunately I had to spend another $350 to get a new key fob since it was the sensor that was bad. Not the battery. I reached out to this gentleman to see if there was a warranty or anything could be done. He said best he could do was send me $100 back. I paid him $325. He did come out on a whim, and did do his part. I don’t think he intended to sell me a bad key fob. So I didn’t expect the full $325. Now I’m $675 into a key fob. And he has ghosted me. Didn’t even send the $100. So unfortunately I’d have to warn you guys to look elsewhere if you want a reliable locksmith and a warranty. He said he could make it right if I was close, and I believe he meant that. But there’s no warranty and he ghosts you when he offers to send money back. Just go to someone with a warranty. It’s not worth the risk.

Update. He said he “was going to refund me”. (He doesn’t communicate unless it’s phone calls, I can’t do phone calls) so he didn’t communicate with me. But since I said since I hadn’t heard back I’ll just leave a review. That I can forget my refund and leave my review instead. It’s sad to me he would do this to another human!! Go somewhere else!

Very quick, efficient, and professional! I had a replacement key fob come in later in the day, called in about having it cut/programmed and was seen same day. A new key cut, replacement key cut and key fob programed to my car in 20 minutes for a super reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Had 2 get keys made twice, once for the house, once for the shop. Both worked perfectly first try. I used the machine at two different wal marts.
