We recently had our front door and patio door locks changed by Vlad, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
From the moment he arrived, Vlad was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the whole process clearly. He made sure I was involved throughout and even encouraged me to test everything myself to make sure I was completely happy before he finished.
His attention to detail was outstanding. It was obvious he takes real pride in his work and wouldn’t leave until everything was absolutely perfect. As well as changing the locks, he noticed that several of our doors were slightly misaligned and difficult to open and close. He adjusted them all, and the difference is incredible – they genuinely feel like brand-new doors now.
What really stood out was how helpful he was. He gave us advice on how to look after the locks and doors going forward and even took the time to help with one of our internal door handles, adjusting the screws and offering advice despite that not being part of the job.
The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were all exceptional. Vlad clearly cares about doing the job properly and making sure his customers are completely satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and highly skilled locksmith. Excellent service from start to finish.

I honestly cannot recommend Mark from 247 Local Locks highly enough. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable and incredibly reassuring. The job itself was far from straightforward, as it involved opening the locks on my classic Mercedes 190SL — a beautiful but extremely old and delicate car that requires a huge amount of care and attention.

What really stood out to me was Mark’s willingness to take on such a challenging job with complete confidence and professionalism. Many people would have probably walked away or rushed the work, but Mark approached everything with genuine care and respect for the vehicle. You could immediately tell that he understood how important it was to avoid any damage and to work carefully around such an old classic car.

Throughout the entire process he remained calm, focused and meticulous. He took his time, explained things clearly, and handled the car with incredible precision and patience. It was obvious that he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job properly rather than just getting it done quickly.

Finding someone trustworthy and skilled enough to work on a classic car is not easy, but Mark exceeded every expectation. His attention to detail, professionalism and overall attitude were absolutely first class. On top of that, he was friendly, respectful and genuinely helpful from start to finish.
