I was over charged. The key replicating machine said they were $4.99 each I purchased 2 Master lock keys which should have been $10.88 with tax. I was charged $12.01. Once I arrived back to check the keys neither of the two, I purchased would unlock my lock……. Update: They sent me a receipt, and it showed where they had applied a Sustainability Surcharge of $0.99 and told me I could have opted out of this at the time of purchase. I don’t remember seeing this. They were kind enough to refund part of the purchase price since two keys did not work and have made a good effort to correct this issue. I have to give they an A for corrective measures. Upgrade to 4 Star.

The key works great, but the key options were terrible. There are only about 8 choices in the machine but only 2 that a man would pick from. They should have more custom options that can be ordered at the very least. Would’ve been nice to have some cartoon or comic book character options. Felt like it was over priced based on the options given. Price would make sense if there were better options to choose from. Examples: Deadpool, Wolverine, Superman, even Stranger Things would’ve been a nice choice.
