Extremely unprofessional.
I spoke with Lisa on the phone and coordinated a key job with them. I even offered to pay more money since they were going to have to drive a bit to get there. Everything was confirmed. Instead of just saying they can no longer do the job, she decided to ghost me for a week straight. Pitiful and childish are the best words I can think of to describe them.

Got key copies. Overall I’m satisfied. $5 per key seems like a lot particularly when it’s all done by the machine. Didn’t buy any special design keys. Again overall satisfied.
