I hope I never need a locksmith again BUT if I do, I’ll use this company. The smith showed up on time and kept me updated as to when he would arrive. He tried really hard to minimize damage to my property but ultimately ended up having to drill the deadbolt. I really appreciate the extra effort. Finally, the price was very reasonable for the work he put in. Great job!

Thank you so much! Excellent service! Eli provided me affordable service on a key he made to my 2018 Mercedes cla250 in the Hoover area. Key was scheduled to arrive overnight! He was very professional, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. I did not have to get my car towed to the dealer. He came to me and installation took less than 30 minutes. They are a really fast and really cheap option to get duplicate keys programmed for a car even remote keys. I would highly recommend them. Cheapest in the city. Very fast.

He was a very nice friendly man. We don’t have a local locksmith in our area so he drove about 50 miles to help me. I have a 2023 vehicle that will not run without the key fob and my car was stuck at work. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing shopping experience and customer service from this Sprouts Farmers Market store on Hwy 280!!! Thanks to the wonderful staff member Wendy for assisting me with locating the exact item I was looking for and having it set aside and ready for me to purchase when I arrive at the store. Seems OK but haven’t actually tried to see if the keys work. At first I opted for the keys with less sharp edges but I didn’t like the way all the detail were gone and my keys only had one elevated spot on them. I asked for a refund which I’m supposed to be receiving in a few days. I then ordered regular keys that look like they will work.
UPDATE; none of the keys worked and will now seek a refund for the regular keys.

the BEST locksmith service i’ve ever seen. called him, immediately picked up, i told him where i was and what happened and he instantly gave me a quote, came in 30 minutes, and charged me exactly what he quoted, and helped me with something a li unrelated with his job as well! great service! by the way the whole process (once he arrived) was 5 minutes, he was done with his job in 2 and took 3 to help me out

Just glad to talk to a person. Called numerous other retailer and got a computer and was on hold 10+ min. Went to other retail and stood their waiting for someone till I left. Called your store answered on four ring, was willing to double check to make sure they had my battery, and double check to make sure they could install it. Nice to see workers willing to do their job plus a little to help a customer. Very professional.
