I called spoke with Josh super nice person answered all my questions, gave me directions to shop , went the next day to the shop Andrea was again super sweet Lady Cut the Key while waiting for the tech to get there, The Tech A.J, again could not be nicer, deactivated key and re programed new key.
Super sweet and Knowegable folks, worth the drive to clanton.
I will defineatly highly recommend Crystal Keys Locksmith and Security to everyone I can.

I was locked out of my vehicle and it was running. It started to rain. Night. Alone. Country music in the background of some redneck oasis called Alabaster. I search the internet with only 9% of battery power left in my phone. No locksmith would answer no one would call me back, and then I found these guys. Like a chunk of gold in the Mississippi River all by itself there they were. I got an answer I was promised to call back I was not hopeful. I continued my search as my battery powered dropped in the country music got closer. What was reminded of a movie from the 80s where the kid was playing the banjo and his lips were real pretty. I was gonna panic and then my phone rang. It was the lone voice of a locksmith who said the magic words that I longed to hear. I’m on the way Mr. Smith I’ll be there in 20 minutes. When he arrived, he waved his hand and my truck opened. He smiled and said “you get home safely now.” I am forever grateful.

My Goodness if this man wasnt an Angel on standby! I left my keyfob 3hrs back in Gulf Shores, AL and didnt know what i was going to do! I found him near the area I were stranded and he immediately got to researching and heading my direction to help!! He was patient, Nice, and Generous during the process of trying to program a key fob to get me home! It Worked!! He stuck with us until it was for sure that everything was ok! And it was all at a reasonable Price!!! Thanks Robert for saving us in this horrific situation. Continue to be a blessing to those in need and I pray God bless you and your family for the great job you do!! Highly recommend!!

Called Minute Key at 8:00 a.m. to set up an appointment. They took my info and said a tech would give me a call back. 5 minutes later I received a call from a young lady saying it would be 1 – 2:00 p.m. before a tech could arrive and that I was welcome to call another company if I didn’t want to wait. Didn’t sound like they cared about my business so I did call another company. They arrived in 45 minutes and got into my vehicle in 5 minutes and I was on my way.
