They came to my home shortly after I called witch I thought was awesome brought two fobs an had them programed in no time very friendly and polite. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is it’s been a week and I still haven’t received the emergency keys I have called a few times still no keys

The kiosk has good instructions that made this a very easy experience. I made 4 keys and tested all 4 when I got home and all 4 work perfect. This is actually a better result than when human employees have made my keys, usually there is 1 key that doesn’t work in every batch of keys I’ve had made when they had their human key maker. That’s why I always test them asap after they’re made.
