Very quick, efficient, and professional! I had a replacement key fob come in later in the day, called in about having it cut/programmed and was seen same day. A new key cut, replacement key cut and key fob programed to my car in 20 minutes for a super reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I called 3 times and no one picked up then I had my man call and the lady picked up first ring and when she answered she said she would call back to let me know someone was otw then when I called again a hour later when back to no answer …..I was outside alone in my pajamas if yall don’t wanna make the money close shop cuz it’s tax season and I was more than willing to tip u as well … this is the second time I have had this issue yall communication sucks and you should really update your hours of operation on Google. If y’all don’t want nobody calling y’all after a certain time.

This man is a lifesaver! He came on the weekend to help me and my husband get back into our house. He unlocked our door in less than 5 minutes. He then made us a new copy of our key, so we’d always have an extra, and *fingers crossed* he wouldn’t have to come save us again! His motto was that he only wants to see you once (because hopefully he can help you not get locked out ever again). This really stood out to me and showed that he cares about his customers. He was such a nice and friendly guy as well!

Went to a kiosk to get a key ordered or made was in formed I would receive it in the mail in 3 to 5 days received email with order #. It’s been 7 days 5 business days still no key no other messages from them tried using my order # to track it they don’t offer that on the website. Called the customer service # gave them my order they couldn’t find my transaction with my order # they had to use the last 4 of my card # to look it up. Just to find out that my key has not even been made yet. They didn’t send me anything letting me know about the delay horrible business practice. If I tell someone a customer who has already paid me if I see I’m going to be late I would feel obligated to communicate that!!!!

Thank you so much! Excellent service! Eli provided me affordable service on a key he made to my 2018 Mercedes cla250 in the Hoover area. Key was scheduled to arrive overnight! I used the kiosk to have a key made. Was pretty cool. Stick the key In teeth up, type in your info and follow directions and listen to it make your key. Lots of awesome key designs to choose from with art on them if you want a fancy key or the usual brass and deals like buy 2 keys and get a 3rd free. Didn’t even take 5 minutes and I had a copy of my key. When I got home, it worked perfectly! Usually had to stick my old key in and wiggle it really hard as I turned it. The key I had made at the KeyMe kiosk unlocked my door smoothly! Very awesome kiosk idea! Perfect for people like me who are introverts and do not like dealing with people too much. ❤️❤️❤️
