This morning could not have started worse — I locked my keys in my car and immediately felt that sinking ‘you’ve got to be kidding me’ feeling. Yesterday we had a bunch of kids over. We live in a duplex with a hallway connecting the two sides and a utility room in the middle with two exterior doors on either side. While the kids were playing the locked both of those doors….. with a cat stuck in the middle! Turns out our keys didn’t work for the doors. I got in touch with Lock & Keeneye at 6:30pm while he was eating dinner. He came right out, got the doors open and then even re-keyed my locks to match the keys I have. We own the duplex so that’s totally legit haha. The price was reasonable, too! We appreciated it. Thank you!

The convenience and ease of this kiosk is great, a little more pricey than going to a person, but ultimately worth it I think. I purchased three keys and they all work perfectly.

Absolutely amazing. A cab driver tried for 30 mins. It took him seconds and he had my door open. It’s the old guys that know their stuff !

I had an incredible experience working with Tom from Aurora Security & would highly recommend them to anyone! Tom answered all of my questions about rekeying several locks and helped me choose new hardware for 4 doors. He went above and beyond a simple rekey and fixed 2 of my doors that I had some issues from the house settling. He’s professional, gets the job done quickly and charges a fair price.
